Do you issue proforma invoices for purchase orders?
Ask for one before you order. Proforma invoicing, purchase-order references on invoices and custom billing cycles are handled at the billing-platform level rather than promised generically on a web page, so get the confirmation in writing against your specific account.
Is there an annual commitment?
No. Published prices are monthly, and the headline rate is the monthly rate rather than an annual price divided by twelve. If you want a longer term for budgeting reasons, ask; do not assume it is required.
What is the support scope?
Infrastructure operations run 24x7 — the network, the host platform and provisioning. What sits inside your virtual machine is yours: the operating system, the packages, the application and its data. Any managed scope beyond that is a separate written agreement, not an implied part of the plan.
Can you help us migrate from another provider?
Send the current server's specification, the application stack, total data size and your acceptable downtime window. You will get a sizing recommendation and a proposed sequence. Migration downtime depends on application state, replication strategy, DNS TTL and cutover design, so any estimate is specific to your setup rather than a standard figure.
